From a nationally touring circus act to the thunder of two strokes, Farmington's entertainment schedule in the week ahead offers something for everyone. You're watching the "Local News Roundup," brought to you by Durango Motor Company and San Juan Regional Medical Center. I'm Connor Shreve. High-flying, dirt-spewing, berm banking Arenacross comes to the McGee Park Coliseum Saturday, February 15th. The third annual Xtreme Arenacross features top Arenacross racers and a freestyle motocross show to appeal to dirt bike fans of all kinds. Racing starts at 7:00 PM, and early discounted tickets are available at Fun Center. Prices range from 10 to $25. Enjoy the music of Broadway over brunch at the Caliente Community Choruses Broadway Bonanza, Saturday, February 15th at Piedra Vista High School. Two seatings at 09:00 and 10:30 AM features brunch, followed by some spicy renditions of classic Broadway tunes sung by your waiters. This year's Broadway for Brunch production draws inspiration from the "West Side Story," "The King and I," and "Something Rotten," with other classics sprinkled in. Tickets are limited. Reserve yours on the Caliente Community Chorus' website. The Jordan World Circus will bring its show to McGee Park Coliseum on Wednesday, February 12th. The show features acrobatics, animals, and fearless stunts among other attractions. The family-friendly show ranges from $10 for kids to 20 for adults. The circus also offers a five-person family pack for $35. Shows start at 04:00 and 7:00 PM. You can buy tickets online. If you can't make the show but still want to see the action, the circus will hold seven shows over three days in Albuquerque this weekend, February 14th through the 16th. The Farmington Chamber of Commerce celebrated its best of businesses, citizens, and nonprofits of 2024 at its Best of Banquet. Congratulations to Ultimate Performance UTC for winning Best Business.
